We Are Currently Seeking Experienced Instructors In The Following Formats:

AquaFit / Water Aerobics Mat Pilates Reformer Pilates Yoga (all styles welcome) Kids Fitness & Youth Programming Specialty Mind-Body and Functional Fitness Formats What We Offer Prestigious Teaching Environments Lead classes in beautiful, well-maintained fitness centers, studios, and resort-style aquatic facilities. Consistent Scheduling Enjoy recurring classes with professional support and organized systems. Professional Growth Build your reputation, expand your class offerings, and grow into opportunities such as specialty programming, events, community leadership, and fitness management. Meaningful Impact Develop relationships with residents and become an integral part of their health and wellness journey.

We're Looking For Instructors Who Are:

Certified and experienced in their respective fitness format(s) Energetic, engaging, and confident leading groups Professional, dependable, and punctual Strong communicators who naturally build community and connection Passionate about helping participants of all ages and fitness levels succeed Comfortable providing modifications and creating inclusive class experiences Preferred Qualifications Nationally recognized fitness certification AquaFit, Pilates, Yoga, Youth Fitness, or specialty format certifications Experience teaching in residential communities, country clubs, boutique studios, schools, or recreation centers CPR/AED Certification Experience working with active adults, beginners, and multi-level participants What You'll Do Teach scheduled group fitness classes in luxury community fitness centers Create a welcoming, inclusive, and motivating environment Build relationships with residents before and after class Represent Hustle Training 360 with professionalism and positivity Collaborate with our team on special events, workshops, and wellness initiatives Maintain a safe and engaging class experience for all participants
