We're Looking For Instructors Who Are:
Certified Reformer Pilates Instructors with comprehensive training Passionate about proper movement mechanics and functional fitness Confident leading both beginner and intermediate participants Professional, dependable, and punctual Energetic, personable, and engaging Excellent communicators who create welcoming, supportive class environments Comfortable providing modifications for varying fitness levels and physical limitations Preferred Qualifications Comprehensive Reformer Pilates Certification (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, Peak Pilates, Polestar, or equivalent) CPR/AED Certification Experience teaching small group Reformer classes Experience working with multiple demographics Knowledge of injury prevention, alignment, and functional movement Experience teaching in boutique studios, country clubs, residential communities, or wellness facilities What You'll Do Lead safe, effective, and engaging Reformer Pilates classes Deliver high-quality instruction with attention to proper form and technique Provide individualized cues and modifications when appropriate Foster an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere for participants of all experience levels Build relationships with residents before and after class Represent Hustle Training 360 with professionalism and exceptional customer service Assist with occasional wellness events or specialty programming as opportunities arise Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment
