We specialize in creating engaging, on-site fitness events that bring people together and elevate the overall experience. We are currently looking for passionate and reliable Yoga Instructors, Pilates Instructors, and Personal Trainers to join our team in the Tampa area. Who We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are passionate about fitness, community-driven, and able to deliver engaging, high-quality experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is a team player , enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a social, client-facing environment. Requirements Certified (or near completion) in one or more: Personal Training (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.) Yoga Instruction (RYT-200 or higher) Pilates Instruction (Mat or Reformer certified) Strong passion for health, wellness, and community engagement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to build relationships with clients and communities Ability to commute to multiple locations throughout the Tampa area Comfortable taking photos/videos and promoting classes on social media Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude Ability to lead group classes and provide individual coaching Ability to create safe and effective workouts for all fitness levels Must be able to work 15-30 hours per week CPR certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days) Must attend team meetings and trainings as needed Bilingual is a plus but not required Responsibilities Lead group fitness classes (yoga, Pilates, or full-body workouts) Deliver high-energy, engaging experiences for residents and guests Build relationships and help grow community engagement Promote classes, services, and events both in person and online Capture and share content to help grow brand visibility Represent the Live SociallyFit brand in a professional manner Assist with events, activations, and marketing efforts Perks Competitive hourly pay + commission opportunities Flexible scheduling Opportunities to work at unique venues and events Growth opportunities within a fast-growing brand Supportive and team-oriented environment Schedule Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends Availability for events and pop-up classes is a plus Occasional holiday availability may be required Education High school diploma or equivalent (required) Apply today and be part of bringing wellness, community, and energy to Tampa through Live SociallyFit.
