Full-Time About Us Alloy Personal Training is a premier personal training system specializing in individualized, small-group personal training, typically for adults 45+. Our mission is to help people live stronger, healthier, and more active lives through expert coaching, accountability, and community. We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and relationship-driven Part-Time Coach to join our growing team in Westchase. This is a great opportunity for a trainer who enjoys coaching in a positive, team-oriented environment without the pressure of constantly finding clients.
Responsibilities:
Coaching & Training
  • Deliver effective and engaging small-group personal training sessions (~10-20 sessions per week)
  • Provide tailored coaching and exercise modifications for unique individual needs, under the direction and guidance of the studio's head coach
  • Assist with member onboarding, assessments, and goal reviews
  • Build strong relationships with members, fostering a positive and trusting environment to create exceptional client experiences
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment
  • Support studio events and community engagement efforts Qualifications
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification required (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)
  • CPR/AED certification required (or ability to obtain before starting)
  • 1+ year of customer service and/or sales experience required
  • Previous coaching or personal training experience preferred
  • Experience with corrective exercise and functional movement preferred
  • Demonstrated professionalism, with strong communication and relationship-building skills Schedule Expectations
  • Flexible part-time hours (~10-20 hours weekly)
  • Early morning and/or evening availability
  • Some Saturday availability may be needed Compensation & Benefits
