Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Certified Personal Trainer to inspire and guide clients on their fitness journeys. In this role, you will deliver personalized training programs, motivate clients to achieve their health goals, and foster a positive, energetic environment. Your expertise in biomechanics, physiology, and coaching will empower individuals to unlock their full potential. Responsibilities Develop customized workout plans tailored to each client's goals, fitness level, and physical condition Provide motivational coaching and support to encourage clients' consistency and progress Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, manual handling, and body mechanics to ensure safety and effectiveness Conduct fitness assessments, including biomechanics and physiology evaluations, to inform program design Maintain detailed records of client progress, session notes, and health information Educate clients on nutrition, injury prevention (including first aid procedures), and healthy lifestyle habits Build strong rapport with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service Promote fitness programs and services to increase client engagement and sales opportunities Requirements Certified Personal Trainer with recognized credentials (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM) Proven experience in personal training, sports coaching, or group fitness instruction Knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics essential for program design Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation (Automated External Defibrillator), and first aid required Experience with fitness sales, client communication, and customer service in a health club or gym environment preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while demonstrating proper manual handling techniques Familiarity with group fitness classes or physical education teaching experience is advantageous Strong understanding of nutrition principles relevant to fitness training Valid liability insurance coverage for personal training activities is required Join us as a Certified Personal Trainer and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to transforming lives through fitness! $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
