As a BTF Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering our "Bodytek HIIT Style" pre-designed HIIT patterns with your workouts 24 clients per session. This position requires a strong ability to coach and manage time and motivate multiple clients in a group setting. Unlike many studios where you make just follow a screens exact workouts at Bodytek you are given the patterns day to day and from there able to demonstrate and trainer the clients making it personalized, fun, and overall a great workout. We are looking for fitness professionals who can bring energy and enthusiasm in a group training setting!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure safety of participants in regards to health and exercise technique The Bodytek Fitness Instructor will lead up to 24 participants through 60-minute HIIT, high intensity interval training session Energize and motivate clients throughout the sessions Build Bodytek attendance and retain current clientele Responsible for the safety of your participants thru exercise techniques, posture, ETC. Responsible for organization and cleanliness of the training floor as well as other areas of the studio when needed Responsible for marketing your Bodytek Fitness training services inside and outside the BTF studio. Modify specific exercises to accommodate various skill levels Handle member concerns/feedback in a professional, objective manner with the goal of resolution and retention.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Must have the ability to progress and regress exercises on the fly, in real time Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels Must be flexible with schedule (We will review what class times & your schedule together) Excellent communication and customer service skills

COMPENSATION

Great pay
