Job Description
Group Fitness Coach / Personal Trainer North Columbus Fit Body Boot Camp is looking for an energetic, motivating, and dependable Group Fitness Coach to join our team! If you're passionate about helping people transform their lives through fitness, thrive in a high-energy environment, and enjoy building relationships with members, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Lead fun, high-energy 30-minute group training sessions. Demonstrate and coach proper exercise technique while ensuring member safety. Provide exercise modifications for all fitness levels. Motivate, encourage, and hold members accountable to their fitness goals. Deliver an exceptional member experience with enthusiasm and professionalism. Build strong relationships with members and create a positive, welcoming community. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility before, during, and after each shift. Perform daily cleaning duties, including wiping down equipment, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, vacuuming/mopping floors, taking out trash, cleaning restrooms, and restocking supplies. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed. Support member retention and help promote studio events and challenges. Qualifications Passion for health, fitness, and helping others. Positive attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to coach and motivate groups of all fitness levels. Reliable transportation and the ability to consistently arrive on time for scheduled shifts. CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain). Personal training or group fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.) preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
