You don't need to build anything from scratch — you just need to show up, follow the playbook, and pour your energy into the people in front of you. We are hiring 4-5 part-time trainers to work in the range of 4 to 25 hours/week based on your availability. This is a perfect fit for a fitness professional that wants to stay connected to fitness — without overcommitting your schedule. What You'll Do Lead semi-private strength training sessions using our proven programming Coach proper form, technique, and mindset — not just reps and sets Offer basic nutrition guidance and support aligned with our studio philosophy Create a warm, encouraging environment where clients feel seen and motivated Be a natural ambassador for the studio in your everyday community Who You Are A fitness professional or personal trainer that trains regularly yourself Passionate about fitness, nutrition, and genuinely helping others feel strong You live locally (Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Roswell) A people person who lights up a room and makes clients feel at home Reliable, coachable, and excited to follow a proven system Experience or certification in personal training or nutrition is a plus, but your passion and character matter more Schedule & Compensation One shift (typically 4 hours per day) 1 or 3 times/week — your choice, let's talk Shifts are approximately 4 hours
