Pay:
$50 per 45-55 min session About Us STAT Wellness is the nation's first Medicine + Movement clinic, combining functional strength training, functional medicine, clinical nutrition, physical therapy and more under one roof. With 8 locations in 4 states and growing, our mission is to help people achieve lasting health through personalized, root-cause focused, evidence-based care in a supportive, team-driven environment. The Role We're seeking an experienced, professional, compassionate Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor to deliver one-on-one and small-group training sessions, guide clients through assessments (InBody, Vo2 testing, movement & strength evals) and collaborate with our multi-disciplinary team to create transformative results. What You'll Do Lead personal training (1 on 1) + small group sessions (4 members per class) Customize 1 on 1 programs, educate on safe/effective movement (including progressions & regressions), encourage healthy lifestyle Run client assessments (training provided for metabolic & movement testing) Create an energetic, positive, supportive environment that drives member success Collaborate with our health pros (providers, PTs, dietitian, health coaches) What We're Looking For Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA accredited) + CPR/AED/First Aid Strong knowledge of exercise science, barbell lifts, functional strength training, progressive overload, RPE & RIR
