Job Overview Be your own boss . Make your own hours. We are seeking Certified , energetic, and motivated independent trainers to rent space within our dynamic gym environment. This role offers fitness professionals the opportunity to deliver personalized training, group classes, and specialized programs in a fully equipped, supportive setting. As an independent trainer, you will have the flexibility to design your own fitness offerings while leveraging our state-of-the-art facilities and vibrant community. Your expertise will inspire members to achieve their health and wellness goals, creating a motivating atmosphere that fosters growth and success for both clients and trainers alike. A discounted escalating rent to be discussed/offered. Your role as an independent trainer: You provide personalized training sessions tailored to individual client needs, goals, and fitness levels Develop innovative workout programs based on physiology knowledge, body mechanics, and anatomy principles Promote your services through fitness sales efforts, building strong relationships with members and prospective clients Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training space in compliance with health club standards Track client progress and adjust programs accordingly to ensure continuous improvement Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and overall wellness strategies Requirements Pre-Certified in personal training, group fitness instruction, or sports coaching Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to design effective workout plans Ability to teach physical education confidently Excellent communication skills to motivate and educate clients of diverse backgrounds Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to attract new clients and retain existing ones Certification in personal training required Prior experience working in a health club or gym environment is advantageous Join us as an independent trainer in our vibrant gym community!
