Spanish fluency is required for this position so we can better serve the members of our community. What You'll Do As a coach, you'll become one of the faces of our gym. You'll coach members through: One-on-one personal training Small group training sessions Fitness consultations Goal setting and accountability Building long-term relationships that keep members engaged and successful You'll spend just as much time connecting with people as you will coaching workouts. Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish (Required) Current Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or equivalent) Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Passion for helping people improve their health Compensation $15/hour base pay $20-$25 per one-on-one training session $15/hour + $2.50 per participant for small group training Flexible scheduling available based on your availability and client demand.
