MODE operates as a team in the truest sense of the word. This is a fitness family where everyone carries the weight that is needed, not just that which serves them as an individual. Our objective is to provide optimal programming and unparalleled service to each of our members. We are looking for Personal Trainers who are eager to learn more about their craft and are willing to provide a higher-level of service than anyone else in the industry is offering. Compensation Up to $45 per session depending on certifications and experience. Primary Responsibilities Performing fitness evaluations, client orientations, stretching and personal training sessions Establish and maintain a personal training client base Provide each member and potential member with the best quality customer service and high level of personalized attention. Maintain knowledge of all services, programs, and products in order to implement in training regime. Instruct and demonstrate to members the proper use of equipment and exercise techniques which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 pounds Reporting to the Personal Trainer and Fitness Manager Other duties as assigned Qualifications Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred) CPR/AED certification 1-3 yrs of previous Personal Training experience (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Curious about fitness and wellness and all its intricacies. Possess passion, ambition, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry Meticulous (detail-oriented) in their approach to programming, customer service, preparation, execution, and follow up Professional, self-starter, accountable, prompt, energetic, and friendly Essential Physical Requirements Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs at a time
