Role Description We're looking for a driven, certified Personal Trainer to join our full-time team at Just Lift Fitness — with openings at both our Clarendon Hills and Yorkville, IL locations. This is not a big-box gym. You will coach small group sessions and 1-on-1 personal training clients who are committed, show up consistently, and expect results. You'll walk into an established client base, a culture of accountability, and a team that takes their craft seriously. What You'll Do Lead small group and individual personal training sessions Conduct fitness assessments and build personalized programming Track and celebrate client progress — results are our reputation Bring energy, professionalism, and consistency every single day What We're Looking For Personal Training certification from a nationally recognized organization (NASM, ACE, NSCA, or equivalent) 3+ years of coaching experience, ideally in small group or semi-private settings Strong foundation in exercise physiology, anatomy, and basic nutrition guidance Excellent communicator who builds real relationships with clients Someone who wants to grow — we invest in our people Compensation & Benefits 💰
Salary:
