Job Description

Who We Are Gym 1801 is a functional fitness and combat sports gym in Evanston built around real coaching, real results, and a community that shows up for each other. We're growing our personal training program and looking for an experienced trainer ready to build a full client roster. The Role You'll run one-on-one training sessions, build client programs, and grow a book of business inside an established, high-traffic gym. This is a full-time opportunity for a trainer who wants to build something real. Our goal is 15 sessions per week to start, building toward 25 sessions per week as your client base grows. What You'll Do Run one-on-one personal training sessions and build individualized programs Track client progress and adjust programming based on results Bring professionalism and energy to every session Work alongside our coaching team across strength, boxing, BJJ, and yoga Who You Are Nationally accredited personal training certification required (NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, or equivalent) At least 2 years of current, in-person personal training experience Able to commit to a minimum of 15 sessions per week, building toward 25 sessions per week full-time A trainer who takes ownership of client results and shows up consistently Why Gym 1801? $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
