Overview Join our dynamic health and fitness team as a passionate Fitness Instructor dedicated to inspiring clients to achieve their wellness goals! In this energetic role, you will lead engaging group classes, provide personalized training sessions, and foster a motivating environment that encourages healthy lifestyles. Your expertise will help members improve their physical fitness, enhance their body mechanics, and develop confidence in their abilities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on individuals' lives while working in a vibrant health club setting. Responsibilities Lead small group fitness classes to energize participants and promote community engagement Design tailored workout programs based on clients' physiology, anatomy knowledge, and fitness levels to ensure safe and effective training Provide one-on-one personal training sessions focused on strength, endurance, flexibility, and sport-specific skills Educate clients on proper body mechanics and anatomy to prevent injuries and optimize performance during workouts Promote fitness sales by guiding potential members through program options and membership benefits with enthusiasm and professionalism Demonstrate exercises with clear instructions, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times Stay current with industry trends in group fitness to continually enhance program offerings Requirements Proven experience in teaching group fitness classes or personal training within a gym or health club environment Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to tailor workouts effectively Higher education and/or certification in relevant disciplines Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants Ability to demonstrate exercises safely while providing constructive feedback for improvement Passion for health and fitness with a proactive attitude toward helping others succeed Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Embark on a rewarding career where your energy inspires others!
