Our innovative approach combines one-on-one sessions with highly trained practitioners and engaging small group classes to help clients achieve their health goals. Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Stretch Flexologist/Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients through tailored stretching routines, leveraging your knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy to optimize their movement and flexibility. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on clients' physical health while working in a vibrant fitness environment. Responsibilities Conduct personalized assisted stretching sessions, ensuring client safety and comfort throughout each appointment Design customized stretching programs based on individual needs, goals, and physical assessments Educate clients on proper stretching techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies Maintain a welcoming and motivating atmosphere during both one-on-one and group classes Track client progress and adjust programs accordingly to maximize results Promote the benefits of assisted stretching and related services to enhance client engagement and retention Support the overall operations of the studio by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols Requirements Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics relevant to stretching and movement therapy Experience in program design for fitness, sports coaching, or physical education settings Background in personal training or group fitness instruction is highly desirable Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse clients of all levels Proven sales ability within a health club or gym environment to promote services effectively Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to stand, walk, and move actively for extended periods during sessions Compensation pay: Get paid up to $30 per stretch + tips + commission + paid time off + healthcare + retirement program + flexible schedule + employee discount + employee referral + training.
