The majority of what we provide is excellent 1:1 coaching to enable our members to reach their goals as fast as possible. Our semi-private group program allows us to build a thriving community of like minded people and athletes that can inspire each other. We are looking for 1 additional coach that can fit into a professional team and enhance our current coaching abilities. This is an opportunity to make a professional career out of your coaching knowledge and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will be:
Passionate about their own fitness but more so about helping others Able to work as a professional following systems that make coaching more engaging and efficient Have experience coaching small groups and 1:1 clients Understand how to program effectively for a variety of members and needs- work as part of a team with freedom to bring your own flavor. This is a chance to dedicate yourself to helping others and have a career in fitness. Our goal is to help people improve their quality of life through fitness. We're seeking professionals to help us on our quest to continue growth and become more impactful on our community.
