Role Overview We're looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality personal training sessions, building rapport with clients, and helping them achieve measurable results. Responsibilities Deliver safe, effective, and engaging personal training sessions Create customized training programs based on client goals and abilities Educate clients on proper exercise technique and injury prevention Track client progress and adjust programs as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment Build strong client relationships and support retention Represent Ryse Fitness with professionalism and positivity Requirements Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for fitness and helping others succeed Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude Ability to work flexible hours (mornings, evenings, or weekends) Nice to Have Experience training clients 1-on-1 or in small groups Background in strength training, weight loss, or athletic performance Nutrition or lifestyle coaching experience Sales or client onboarding experience What We Offer Hired candidate will have at least 10 -20 sessions per week Immediately Competitive pay based on experience Steady flow of clients Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Ongoing education and development Flexible scheduling How to Apply Apply through Indeed or send your resume to info@ryse-fitness.com .
