We're looking for energetic, dependable individuals who enjoy helping others reach their fitness goals. If you have a passion for movement, enjoy leading groups, and want to make a difference in your community, this could be the perfect opportunity. What You'll Do Lead fun, engaging group fitness classes for participants of all fitness levels. Encourage, motivate, and support members throughout their fitness journey. Demonstrate exercises with proper form and offer beginner-friendly modifications. Help create a welcoming, positive, and inclusive class environment. Learn and apply safe exercise techniques and injury prevention strategies. Assist with developing new class ideas and fitness programs. Build relationships with members and encourage consistency and healthy habits. Work with our team to create an exciting fitness experience for the community.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has a genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others. Enjoys motivating and encouraging people. Is energetic, reliable, and comfortable speaking in front of groups. Has experience exercising regularly or participating in fitness classes. Is eager to learn, grow, and receive coaching. Has strong communication and customer service skills. Can create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for participants. Preferred (But Not Required) Experience leading fitness classes, coaching, or personal training. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain after hire). Group Fitness or Personal Training certification (or willingness to earn certification with our support). Background in sports, dance, yoga, athletics, martial arts, cheer, coaching, or other movement-based activities. Why Join Our Team? Paid position. Training and mentorship available. $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
