Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Personal Trainer/Coach to join our team. This role is perfect for a trainer who thrives in a semi-private setting, providing individualized attention within small group training sessions.
Responsibilities:
Lead semi-private training sessions (4-6 clients per session). Modify workout programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels. Provide hands-on coaching, motivation, and correction of form to ensure safety and effectiveness. Build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of engagement. Assist with client assessments and goal-setting sessions. Maintain a clean and organized training space. Option to conduct 1-on-1 personal training sessions as needed.
Qualifications:
Certified Personal Trainer (or in the process of completing). CPR/AED certified. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passionate about fitness and helping clients achieve their goals. Ability to adapt workouts based on individual client needs.
