Group Fitness/Mat Pilates Instructor

Overview CLASS Fitness & Training is looking to add FUN and

DIVERSE POP UP CLASS

options as an additional add on purchase for members and guests! At CLASS, we offer 40 minute, trainer lead strength and endurance training Classes. This is our primary focus and we are looking to add a few pop up classes that will be a paid add on off our regularly scheduled programming! Our maximum CLASS size for Shawnee is 16 participants and OP 14 participants. Responsibilities Lead engaging Mat Pilates and/or sculpt classes tailored to diverse skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety. Design and program the workout provided for each pop up class. Provide personalized coaching and modifications to accommodate individual needs and limitations. Educate clients on proper breathing techniques, posture alignment, and movement patterns to promote long-term health benefits. Foster a motivating environment that encourages participation, progression, and confidence among all attendees. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space, ensuring equipment is sanitized and ready for use. Ensure the studio is ready and set up for the next CLASS Training Programming. Qualifications Certification in Group Fitness and/or experience in Mat Pilates or Sculpt instruction from a recognized organization is required; additional certifications in Yoga, Group Fitness, or Personal Training are highly desirable. Demonstrated knowledge of anatomy, physiology, sports coaching, and body mechanics to inform safe teaching practices. Experience in teaching group fitness classes within a gym or health club setting preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups of participants effectively. Familiarity with fitness sales techniques to promote class packages or memberships is a plus. Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
