Cycle & Sculpt is looking for a Certified Barre Instructor who can bring great instruction, personality, energy, and connection to the room. Our Barre community is growing, and we're looking for an instructor who knows how to create a class that is challenging, welcoming, fun, and keeps members coming back. What You'll Do Lead standout Barre classes that are safe, effective, engaging, and adaptable for different fitness levels. Bring the energy. Use music, movement, and your personality to create an atmosphere that motivates members from beginning to end. Build connections. Learn names, engage with members, celebrate progress, and help create the community RHYTHM is known for. Teach with confidence. Provide clear instruction, demonstrate proper form, offer thoughtful modifications, and encourage members throughout class. Create an experience. Help members disconnect from the outside world, move with purpose, and leave feeling stronger—physically and mentally. Be part of the team. Collaborate with RHYTHM instructors and leadership and contribute to the overall studio experience. Keep learning. Stay current on Barre techniques, programming, and ways to continue bringing fresh energy and creativity to your classes. Who We're Looking For Current Barre Instructor Certification required Previous Barre or group fitness teaching experience preferred Confident, engaging, and comfortable leading a room Strong understanding of proper form, alignment, and safe movement Strong communication and people skills Comfortable using music to enhance the class experience Able to teach multiple fitness levels and provide modifications Dependable, team-oriented, and excited to be part of the RHYTHM community Someone who genuinely loves people as much as they love fitness Why RHYTHM?
