Job Description

Are you looking to escape the confines of the traditional gym setting? Suffering burnout from the grind of a big box gym? This opportunity is for you! Seeking an
CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINER
to join an incredible team of independent health and wellness providers at a boutique gym in Louisville, KY. Established is preferred but not required. The 24-hr, locally owned gym is the home to multiple physical therapists, personal trainers, and a stretch therapist. All providers are self-employed and run their businesses autonomously out of the gym. The facility has everything needed to run a successful personal training business: private treatment space, weight training and cardio equipment, treatment tables. From side hustle to part time gig to full time practice, you can build the practice to suit your professional goals. While there is a strong gym membership base to feed your practice, you are also encouraged to bring in non-member clients without additional fees. You set your own compensation structure for services! For a personal trainer new to autonomous practice, there is also a resource available to facilitate scheduling, payment, and liability/compliance intake forms. Sounds too good to be true?
