We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Group Fitness Instructors to join our team and contribute to our community's growth and success.
Job Description:
Are you a passionate fitness enthusiast with a flair for engaging and motivating others? We're looking for a Part-Time Group Fitness Instructor with an energetic personality who can bring excitement and energy to our classes. As a key member of our fitness team, you'll lead a variety of group fitness classes, create a positive and inclusive environment, and help our members achieve their fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead high-energy group fitness classes, including but not limited to cardio, strength training, HIIT, and flexibility. Create and deliver engaging and effective workout routines that cater to various fitness levels. Build and maintain strong relationships with members, fostering a sense of community and encouraging member participation. Provide exceptional customer service and motivate participants to achieve their personal fitness goals. Ensure the safety and proper use of equipment during classes. Collaborate with the fitness team to develop and promote new class offerings and special events. Maintain a clean and organized class environment. Post on social media and promote the gym.
Qualifications:
Certified Group Fitness Instructor (certification from a recognized organization such as ACE, NASM, AFAA, or similar). At least 2 years proven experience leading group fitness classes with a track record of engaging and motivating participants. Experience coaching Olympic lifts (Clean and Jerk, Snatch), Bench Press, Squat, Deadlift, and Romanian Deadlift desired. Energetic, enthusiastic, and charismatic personality with the ability to connect with and inspire a diverse group of individuals. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt workout routines to accommodate various fitness levels and needs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, early mornings, noon and afternoon as required. Experience posting and promoting on Social Media.
