We connect clients with carefully selected, professional trainers based on their goals, location, schedule, training experience, and preferences. Our trainers work directly with clients in their homes, apartment or condo gyms, existing gyms, outdoor spaces, and other approved training locations. We handle the marketing, client matching, and administrative side of the business so our trainers can focus on what they do best: coaching, building relationships, and helping clients make meaningful progress. We are looking for knowledgeable, reliable, personable Personal Trainers who are passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. What You'll Do As a trainer with Perry Perform Fit, you will: Deliver high-quality, individualized personal training sessions based on each client's goals, fitness level, experience, and preferences Develop and adapt structured training programs that appropriately challenge clients while prioritizing safety, technique, and long-term progress Conduct an initial assessment to understand the client's goals, movement patterns, exercise experience, and current fitness level Coach clients through exercises with clear instruction, appropriate modifications, and attention to form and technique Build strong, professional relationships with clients and create an encouraging, supportive training environment Track client progress and make appropriate adjustments to programming over time Provide accountability and motivation to help clients stay consistent with their training Arrive on time and prepared for every session with the appropriate equipment and programming Communicate professionally with clients and the Perry Perform Fit team Maintain accurate session notes and communicate relevant updates regarding client progress Represent the Perry Perform Fit brand with professionalism, reliability, and excellent customer service Our Clients Our clients come to us because they want professional guidance without the hassle of figuring it all out themselves. You may work with clients who are: New to exercise and looking to build confidence Returning to exercise after time away Looking to improve mobility, balance, or functional fitness Training for a specific fitness goal or event Busy professionals who need a convenient and structured fitness solution You do not need to be an expert in every area of fitness. We are looking for trainers who understand how to meet clients where they are and appropriately progress them over time. What Makes Perry Perform Fit Different You focus on training. We focus on bringing you clients. You won't be expected to spend your time cold calling, selling memberships on a gym floor, or constantly searching for your next client. Our team handles client acquisition and matches clients with trainers based on factors such as: Location Schedule and availability Fitness goals Training experience Training specialty Coaching style Personality and preferences We believe a strong trainer-client relationship is essential to long-term success, which is why we take the matching process seriously. What We're Looking For We are looking for trainers who are: Professional, dependable, and punctual Knowledgeable about exercise science, anatomy, biomechanics, and program design Strong communicators who can explain exercises clearly Comfortable working with clients of different fitness levels and backgrounds Passionate about helping clients build sustainable exercise habits Positive, encouraging, and personable Comfortable training clients independently in different environments Committed to continued learning and professional development Able to provide an exceptional client experience from the first session onward Required Qualifications Current nationally recognized personal training certification from an accredited organization Current CPR/AED certification Personal trainer liability insurance At least 1 year of personal training or coaching experience preferred Reliable transportation to client training locations Ability to legally work in the United States Ability to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications Additional certifications or experience in the following areas are a plus: Strength and conditioning Functional training Mobility Corrective exercises Sports performance Older adult fitness Women's fitness Nutrition or lifestyle coaching What We Offer Qualified client leads provided by Perry Perform Fit Personalized client-trainer matching Flexible scheduling, build your own schedule Ability to train clients in a variety of locations Competitive per-session compensation No requirement to sell gym memberships No cold calling or door-to-door sales Opportunity to build a consistent client roster Support from the Perry Perform Fit team Opportunities to grow with a rapidly expanding fitness company The ability to focus on coaching rather than client acquisition and administrative work Compensation $[40]-$[50] per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, location, and training format.
