We specialize in the Lagree Method on Mini Pro machines, offering high-intensity, low-impact classes designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence through slow, controlled movement. We're looking for passionate, energetic, and knowledgeable instructors to join our growing team. Position Lagree Instructor (Part-Time) Requirements Current Lagree certification required Strong understanding of Lagree form, tempo, and cueing Ability to lead safe, challenging, and motivating classes for all fitness levels Comfortable providing hands-on corrections and individualized attention Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude Reliable availability, including mornings, evenings, and/or weekends We're searching for instructors who: Bring strong energy and confidence into the room Care deeply about client experience and connection Value proper form and intentional movement Can create playlists and class flows that feel motivating and elevated Want to grow with a studio that's building something special from the ground up Responsibilities Teach Lagree classes at Micro Moves Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled classes Deliver an exceptional client experience before, during, and after class Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio and equipment Support studio events, community initiatives, and brand growth Perks Competitive instructor pay Complimentary studio membership Supportive, community-focused environment
