Position Overview We are expanding our team of dedicated professionals and are seeking a highly skilled Personal Trainer committed to excellence in coaching and long-term client success. This is an opportunity for an experienced trainer to build and refine their practice within a collaborative, high-performance environment. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in exercise science, a results-driven mindset, and a proven ability to design and deliver customized training programs that produce measurable outcomes. Success in this role requires professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous development, along with the ability to effectively coach clients across a range of training backgrounds, ages, and performance goals. Who Thrives Here Trainers who approach coaching as a profession and long-term career , not simply a session-based role Individuals who are results-driven , with a focus on measurable client outcomes and long-term retention Coaches who value individualized program design and avoid one-size-fits-all training approaches Professionals who are comfortable working with a broad and diverse client base , including adult fitness clients and youth athletes Those committed to continuous learning and professional development , staying current with best practices in training and performance Trainers who bring a strong presence, energy, and accountability to every session Team-oriented individuals who contribute positively to a collaborative, high-standard training environment Self-motivated professionals who can build, manage, and grow their client base while maintaining a high level of service Key Responsibilities Program Development Design and implement individualized and small-group training programs tailored to each client's age, experience level, and specific objectives Develop progressive, age-appropriate programming that enhances strength, mobility, agility, and overall performance Assessment & Evaluation Conduct ongoing client assessments and track measurable progress Adjust programming based on performance data, client feedback, and evolving goals Training & Coaching Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions that challenge and motivate clients while maintaining a strong focus on safety and technique Apply a range of coaching methodologies to effectively instruct and inspire clients with diverse needs and abilities Foster a professional, positive training environment that supports accountability, consistency, and long-term client development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Sports Management, or related field (preferred) Nationally recognized certification (e.g., NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent) Minimum of 1+ year of personal training experience, with demonstrated success working across a broad client demographic Proven track record of designing and implementing effective, results-driven training programs Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills Professional mindset with the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months) Compensation & Benefits Competitive, performance-based compensation tied to training sessions Comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) and club privileges Opportunity to grow within a respected, high-quality training environment
