Overview Join our dynamic fitness team as a Pilates Reformer Instructor and inspire clients to achieve their wellness goals through innovative and engaging reformer-based Pilates classes. In this role, you will lead group and individual sessions, demonstrating expert knowledge of body mechanics, biomechanics, and exercise techniques to ensure safe and effective workouts. Your energetic coaching style will motivate clients of all fitness levels to improve flexibility, strength, and overall well-being. Responsibilities Lead engaging Pilates Reformer group classes and one-on-one training sessions, ensuring proper technique and safety. Demonstrate exercises clearly, providing modifications to accommodate various skill levels and physical limitations. Design customized workout programs that align with clients' fitness goals, incorporating principles of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Monitor client progress, offering motivational coaching and feedback to maximize results. Maintain a safe environment by practicing proper manual handling techniques and adhering to health and safety protocols such as CPR and AED operation. Foster excellent client communication and customer service, building strong relationships that encourage continued participation. Skills Proven experience in Pilates instruction, especially with reformer equipment, complemented by certifications in yoga, cycling, or other fitness modalities. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, body mechanics, biomechanics, and sports coaching principles. Ability to demonstrate exercises effectively while ensuring client safety through proper manual handling techniques. Excellent communication skills for coaching diverse groups and individual clients with varying needs. Experience in designing effective exercise routines for group fitness classes or personal training sessions. Knowledge of health club operations, fitness sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer service. $30.13 - $36.29 per hour
