A Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor develops customized exercise and fitness programs for clients. Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

About the Role We're seeking enthusiastic group fitness instructors to lead safe, engaging, and results-driven classes for women of all fitness levels. Whether your specialty is strength training, barre, HIIT, sculpt, dance fitness, yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, or another group fitness format, we'd love to hear from you. At A Mom's Village, members come for the workout—but they stay because of the welcoming atmosphere our instructors create.
