This is a flexible, ongoing position for someone who can lead regularly scheduled fitness classes and provide coverage when other trainers are unavailable.
Training experience should include:
Cardio-based workouts Dumbbell and strength training Bootcamp-style classes Conditioning and circuit training Modifying exercises for different fitness levels Experience teaching boxing or boxing-inspired fitness classes is a strong bonus. The ideal trainer is confident leading groups, keeps classes engaging and challenging, communicates clearly, and creates a welcoming environment for members of all fitness levels. Reliability and the ability to occasionally fill in on short notice are important.
Position details:
