Are you the person who lights up a room full of 4-year-olds at a birthday party? Do you get energy FROM being around kids, not drained by it? This job was written for you. We're hiring part-time childcare coaches to lead classes, run birthday parties, and create genuinely great experiences for kids ages 6 weeks-10 years.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead structured movement classes

obstacle courses, gymnastics, games, music, and more Run birthday parties, camps, and special events Build real relationships with the families who come back every week No My Gym experience needed
we fully train the right people

PAYSCHEDULE

$20

22/hr based on experience, plus tips 10-30 hrs/week (varies by season) Year-round position, not seasonal Some weekend shifts, plus a paid weekly Friday team meeting to stay in sync with your crew
