Maryland Strength and Fitness is looking for a motivated, high-energy PM Personal Trainer who knows how to inspire, coach, and push clients toward real results. What You'll Do Coach clients through dynamic one-on-one and small group training sessions Create personalized workout programs that deliver results Motivate members, build confidence, and keep clients accountable Teach proper form, movement, and technique in a safe, encouraging way Track client progress and adjust programs to keep them improving Help create an upbeat, welcoming, hard-working gym culture Build strong relationships that drive retention and referrals What We're Looking For Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, or similar) CPR/AED certified, or ready to get certified Strong personality with excellent communication and people skills Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping others succeed Reliable, professional, and ready to lead from the floor Available to work afternoons and evenings Previous training experience is a plus, but attitude and energy matter most Why Maryland Strength and Fitness Be part of a team that values energy, results, and community Work in an environment where your coaching makes a real impact Grow your client base and your career Join a supportive fitness culture that wants you to win Competitive pay based on experience and certifications
Pay:
$35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
