We are looking for an instructor who is passionate about fitness, enjoys motivating others, and can consistently lead engaging weekly group fitness classes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a following and make a positive impact on the health and wellness of our community.
Responsibilities:
Lead a weekly group fitness class in your area of expertise Create a fun, safe, and inclusive fitness environment Motivate participants of all fitness levels Arrive prepared and on time for each class Maintain professionalism and excellent communication with participants and management Help promote and grow class attendance
Qualifications:
Experience teaching group fitness classes preferred Certification in a fitness-related discipline is a plus but not required Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and consistently on a weekly schedule Experience teaching any style of group fitness including cardio, strength training, HIIT, boot camp, dance fitness, yoga, Pilates, or similar formats is welcome

The ideal candidate is someone who is consistent, dependable, and committed to helping participants achieve their fitness goals. We are looking for an instructor who can take ownership of their class and help establish a successful new fitness offering.
Schedule:
Part-time Weekly class schedule (days and times to be determined) If you are passionate about fitness and excited about the opportunity to build a new class from the ground up, we'd love to hear from you!
