Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Personal Training Director to lead our dynamic team of fitness professionals. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and success of our personal training programs, ensuring members receive top-tier service and achieve their health goals. Your leadership will inspire a culture of excellence, growth, and passion for fitness within our vibrant health club environment. Duties Lead, mentor, and motivate the personal training team to deliver outstanding client service and meet performance targets Design innovative, effective workout programs tailored to individual client needs, utilizing your expertise in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics Oversee group fitness sessions and coordinate with sports coaching staff to enhance member engagement and results Drive fitness sales initiatives by promoting personal training packages and membership upgrades through consultative selling techniques Ensure all trainers adhere to safety standards, proper technique, and industry best practices in program design Conduct regular staff training on new fitness trends, techniques, and certifications to maintain a high level of professionalism and knowledge Foster a welcoming environment that encourages member retention, satisfaction, and ongoing engagement Skills Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to develop safe and effective training programs Proven experience in personal training with a background in program design and fitness instruction Leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team of trainers and group fitness instructors Excellent sales abilities with a focus on health club memberships and personal training services Experience in sports coaching or teaching physical education is highly desirable Exceptional communication skills to educate members on health topics and promote fitness offerings Familiarity with gym operations, customer service standards, and health club management systems Join us as a Personal Training Director where your expertise will shape healthier lives while advancing your career in a lively, supportive environment!
