A Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor develops customized exercise and fitness programs for clients. Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

Class types we are currently hiring for: Strength, Mat Pilates About Energize Energize is a one-of-a-kind studio combining concierge-level physical therapy with specialty group fitness classes, all under one roof. Our classes emphasize movement quality first: safe technique, proper form, and smart body mechanics to help build strength that lasts. The Role We're growing our instructor team and looking for movement professionals who care deeply about how people move, not just how hard they work. Who We're Looking For Whether you come from a fitness background, a rehab background, or simply have a passion for movement, we want to hear from you. All experience levels are encouraged to apply. What matters most is your commitment to movement quality and client safety. Why Energize At Energize, physical therapy and fitness aren't two separate things. $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
