About Energize Energize is a one-of-a-kind studio combining concierge-level physical therapy with specialty group fitness classes, all under one roof. Our classes emphasize movement quality first: safe technique, proper form, and smart body mechanics to help build strength that lasts. The Role We are a strength-based studio looking to hire yoga instructors interested in teaching Vinyasa-style classes and yoga + strength combination classes. Our ideal instructor brings energy to the room and leads classes that move, flow, and challenge. Who We're Looking For Experience with Vinyasa, power yoga, or strength-integrated yoga formats Comfortable cueing dynamic, fast-paced flows with an emphasis on breathwork and control Passion for blending traditional yoga with functional strength principles Strong understanding of form and alignment Ability to modify and progress movements for a range of fitness levels All experience levels encouraged to apply - what matters most is your commitment to movement quality and client safety Why Energize At Energize, physical therapy and fitness aren't two separate things.
