Job Description
Overview Join our growing team as a Pilates Instructor and inspire clients to achieve their wellness goals through expertly guided Pilates sessions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to teach private one on one sessions as well as group reformer classes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your expertise while helping others transform their lives through movement. What we are looking for Design and instruct Pilates classes tailored to diverse skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety. Trained in STOTT or Balanced Body. Proficiency in Mat and Reformer. Cadillac, Chair, or Barrels experience a plus. Educate participants on anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics to enhance their understanding of movement and prevent injuries. Comfortable working with post-rehab clients in both private and group settings is highly valued.
