Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Personal Training Director In Training. This paid internship position offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain comprehensive knowledge of personal training operations, and prepare for a future role as a Personal Training Director. The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness, eager to learn, and ready to motivate others on their wellness journeys. Duties Assist in the development and implementation of personalized workout plans tailored to individual client needs Support fitness staff in delivering motivational coaching and client engagement strategies Participate in fitness assessments, biomechanics analysis, and anatomy evaluations to enhance program effectiveness Contribute to sales efforts by promoting personal training services and building strong client rapport Help organize group fitness classes and support health club operations to ensure excellent customer service Learn proper manual handling techniques, heavy lifting safety protocols, and first aid procedures including CPR and AED operation Collaborate with team members to uphold safety standards, including liability insurance requirements and injury prevention practices Skills Previous sports coaching experience or experience teaching physical education is highly desirable Strong knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics Excellent communication skills for building client rapport and providing motivational coaching Ability to create personalized workout plans based on individual goals and fitness levels Familiarity with fitness sales techniques and customer service excellence in a gym environment Knowledge of group fitness instruction, nutrition basics, and health club operations Certification in CPR, First Aid, AED operation, and liability insurance preferred but not mandatory; training provided for the right candidate Join us to kick-start your career in the fitness industry!
