Job Description
The Manager of Personal training is responsible for all aspect of the personal training at the given club. Including but not limited to ; sales of training relative to sales goal, new member intagration/fitness assesments, recruiting,hiring, training, developing sales staff, and trainers. Compensation consists of a combination of base pay, commissions (on sales of new training programs) and bonuses, with the potential for six-figure annual pay, depending on performance. The position also include medical,dental/vision benefits. Candidates with prior management experience and a minimum 4-year degree in Exercise Science/Physiology or relevant experience in Personal Training with approved certification are preferred, but not required
