Key Roles and Responsibilities Train Clients Supervise clients in a 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 trainer-to-client ratio setting. Adhere to and prescribe evidence-based workout prescriptions, adapting as needed to meet client needs. Educate Clients Educate clients in and out of session on evidence-based workout tenets, debunk popular fitness myths, and consistently teach the value of proper exercise (hard, brief, infrequent). Client Retention & Growth Follow client retention processes and actively participate in campus events that foster retention, relationship building, and roster growth. Maintain Knowledge of Evidence-Based Exercise Read industry books, study research, and attend conferences and seminars. Maintain an obsession with continuous education—the mark of a true professional. Be a Team Player (Hungry, Humble, Smart) Work collectively with the TRF team.

Qualifications and Competencies Certifications & Education:

4-year degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field encouraged, but not required. Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain prior to hire). Hold or ability to obtain

ACSM CPT

certification upon hire (ACSM EP-C encouraged).

Skills & Requirements:

Deep passion for resistance training and evidence-based fitness. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable using a laptop and tablet on a daily basis. Ability to be on your feet 8-10 hours per day and lift heavy objects (up to 70 lbs). Ability to work independently when needed while maintaining a strong team-first mindset.
