Weekdays, Weekends, hours vary - WEEKEND

EVENING AVAILABILITY IS A MUST!

Job Summary:

Answers and routes office telephone calls Registers patrons, processes rentals, and issues park permits Issues residents cards and pool passes Receives payments Monitors public use of the Recreation Facilities Assists patrons with program information Issues equipment for use in the facility Assists at special events In the absence of full-time staff, open and close the facility, and coordinate staff in the event of a shortage Supervises part-time staff Assists in the training of new recreation leaders Resolves conflicts between the public, the instruction, employees, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

One year of college, one year customer service, office experience or any combination of education and experience that provides knowledge, skills, and abilities Previous parks & recreation experience preferred A valid driver's license CPR certification preferred An application is required to be considered for this position.
