Job Description

St. Charles Adult & Community Education is seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and engaging Zumba instructor to join our team. These courses are part-time in nature and offered based on meeting student enrollment minimums. The instructor will work under the general supervision of the Adult and Community Education Assistant Director. St. Charles School District employees must complete a background check and participate in an annual online safety training.
Knowledge and Skills:
Familiarity with adult learning principles and effective instructional strategies Experience with classroom management and student engagement techniques Ability to adapt instruction to meet the needs of diverse adult learners
Qualifications:
2-4 years of Zumba experience Proven experience teaching adult learners preferred Strong communication, organizational, instructional, and interpersonal skills
