Job Description
About Us We are a small, private semi-private training studio in St. Louis. Our model is 1-on-4 or 1-on-5 coaching. We deliver high-quality programming in a small group setting where every rep of every client matters. We are looking for one or more substitute trainers to cover sessions while I am on vacation. I have two blocks currently planned, but that could expand. What You Will Do Coach semi-private sessions that average 5 clients through a pre-written, coach-directed program Ensure proper form, safety, and effort on every set Arrive 10-15 minutes early to review the session plan, greet clients, and set up equipment Keep the floor organized, professional, and on schedule Communicate any issues to the gym owner promptly
