We help seniors live a healthier and more active life through meaningful movement. We are hiring a few reliable instructors to join our team subbing and picking up classes with us as needed. We welcome all seated senior-focused chair exercise, done to music and with the option of with or without props. You must be energetic, personable, enthusiastic, fun and reliable. You must be masterful at cueing effectively so the class can follow you, understand upcoming moves and gain understanding of the benefits of the moves you're leading. You must be comfortable working with senior citizens and leading a group exercise class. The classes will be done from a chair. Personality is key! You must be upbeat, friendly, articulate, reliable, caring and professional. You must have your own reliable car, no ride share. Classes are daytime only, no nights or weekends!
