A Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor develops customized exercise and fitness programs for clients. Reviews health and fitness goals, teaches correct and safe exercise technique, monitors progress and provides encouragement for clients. Leads fitness and exercise classes at a community center, club or pool. Teaches aerobics, water, strength building or other exercises and maintains equipment.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Lead safe, effective, and engaging barre classes for all levels Cue proper form, alignment, and modifications Create an inclusive, encouraging, and high-energy class experience Arrive prepared, on time, and professional for each class Build connections with clients and contribute to a strong studio community Uphold studio standards, values, and class format Participate in team meetings and trainings as neededQualifications:
Barre experience preferred (or willingness to complete training) Background in fitness, dance, Pilates, yoga, or similar movement practice Strong communication skills Confident, positive, and professional demeanor Reliable availability (morning, evening, and/or weekend classes a plus)What We Offer:
