Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer to join our fitness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, along with the ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their personal fitness goals. As a Personal Trainer, you will design customized workout programs, provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, and foster a supportive environment for clients of all fitness levels. Responsibilities Develop personalized training programs tailored to individual client needs and goals. Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' fitness levels and establish baseline measurements. Educate clients on body mechanics, anatomy, and physiology to ensure safe and effective workouts. Provide ongoing support, motivation, and accountability to clients throughout their fitness journey. Monitor client progress and adjust training programs as necessary to maximize results. Promote health club services and programs through effective sales techniques. Maintain a clean and organized training environment while ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness, nutrition, and exercise science to provide the best service possible. Continuing education is required. Experience 5+ years experience in personal training or a related field. Certification from a recognized national organization in personal training is required. Strong knowledge of body mechanics, program design, physiology, anatomy, and sports coaching principles, with an emphasis in post rehabilitation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients of diverse ages and fitness levels. Current CPR certification and liability insurance required.
