Personal Trainer Cone Health United States, North Carolina, Eden Aug 20, 2026 The Personal Trainer manages their client's physical assessments, exercise programs, and nutrition to achieve their health and fitness goals. Working under close supervision for routine situations, this role is critical for driving clients' motivation and inspiration to follow their fitness plan.
Essential Job Function:
Helps develop and prescribe individual and small group exercise programs based on physical assessment results and clients' fitness goals. Maintains a record of past and present clients' attendance and payments within the organization's internal systems. Conducts fitness assessments and consultations to understand clients' goals, fitness levels, and health considerations. Motivates and inspires clients to maintain consistent training routines and stay committed to their fitness goals. Informs clients and members of safe and proper usage of equipment to prevent injuries. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licensure/Certification/Listing:
Required:
Personal Training Certification, such as
ACSM, NASM
AFAA, or other NCCA.
