What You'll Do :

Assess clients' fitness levels, goals, and limitations every 4-8 weeks, documenting progress and designing safe, personalized workout plans. Educate and guide members on equipment, proper form, and realistic fitness expectations. Maintain a clean, organized gym by re-racking weights and monitoring the facility. Promote approved services, supplements, and vendors while adhering to company policies. Attend training meetings and track sessions for payroll.

What We're Looking For :

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree in health/fitness preferred). Current accredited personal training certification or degree in physical therapy, athletic training, or related field. Current CPR certification.

Experience :

Proven ability to design and implement fitness programs. Strong customer service and communication skills.

Skills & Traits :

High professionalism, honesty, and work ethic. Flexibility to work varied hours.

Physical Requirements :

Ability to walk, run, lift, bend, squat, and demonstrate exercises. Lift and rack weights up to 75 lbs and spot clients for safety. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
