.. Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (don't worry, we'll teach you how!) Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends. Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience! Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. We treat our members like family here. Be ready to LEAD. We will make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community! But we also make a difference in the lives of our teammates! Many of the leaders in our company started in this position and have enjoyed the opportunities for upward mobility. You'd fit in here if... You're totally open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's. (A background in child development, physical education and /or gymnastics helps as well). You have background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education. You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good. Kids and Parents Walk out of our classes more confident than when they walked in every single day.
