Job Description

About us We are searching for a new team member for our Personal Training Studio! We work with clientele of all ages, and focus on weight training and functional fitness.
Our work environment includes:
Flexible working hours Relaxed atmosphere Casual work attire This position is for an
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR
with a commission pay scale. Hours currently needed are either mornings (7-12) or evenings (3-7) during the week to establish a new client base. You have the option to bring your own base clientele to start. New leads are distributed based on trainer availablility. Seeking outgoing, energetic and compassionate person to be a part of our team. The right candidate will work their own scheduled hours ensuring our clients get the most out of their training sessions by offering one-on-one guidance, motivation and support. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is motivated to help others reach their health and fitness goals, enjoys being part of a fun team, and is eager to develop the skills needed to become a exceptional trainer.
Responsibilities:
Analyze a client's current level of fitness, then determine appropriate program for the client based on their fitness goals and needs. Use correct techniques when performing exercises on clients. Identify and respond to any problems with a client's exercises. Assess a client's nutrition habits and recommend improvements. Educate clients regarding general health and nutrition.
Experience:
This position is for an experienced trainer that can cultivate their own clientele, help facilitate marketing of their services, and work solo/unsupervised.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay:
$40.00 - $60.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 - 30.0 per week
